The breakpoint seems to stop the browser rendering.  The results after
the break are inconsistent, normally the missing tiles are drawn, but
not always.

I first spotted this issue with code from which the tilesloaded event
to call an external procedure to take a screenshot for subsequent
insertion into a word document.  The problem is do Google have a
reliable method of determining when the rendering has been completed
following the change of a screen position.
