I'll rephrase that to - do all the various browsers have a reliable method of reporting when all queued rendering tasks have been completed? I suspect not ; therefore it would not be possible for Google or anyone else to determine when rendering is complete. Bear in mind taking snapshots of map screens for insertion into a word document is against the terms of use.
