I use lots of GoogleMaps, about 150 of them on my site; they all work
beautifully.

But about three months ago, Google's own search results took to
listing many of my pages both under their correct URLs, which include
upper-case letters, and under URLs stripping off the upper-case (which
is not something I'm doing myself at either site or server level).
When clicking on either URL, the reader gets my page — since URLs are
case-insensitive, purportedly; so far, so good.

But when they click on a case-stripped URL, if that map includes a
GoogleMap, they first get a message from Google, saying "The web site
needs a different Google Maps API key. A new key can be generated at
http://code.google.com/apis/maps."; Then, after the viewer acknowledges
the message by clicking OK, they get my page, but sure nuff, no map.

Example:
the correct page:
http://penelope.uchicago.edu/Thayer/E/Roman/Texts/Rutilius_Namatianus/text*.html

the bad page:
http://penelope.uchicago.edu/thayer/e/roman/texts/rutilius_namatianus/text*.html

Notice that I don't want a second key for a second website: I have
only one website, and one key should work.

What is the best solution to this?
