You'd have to loop through your markers, using .distanceFrom() to look for the one that's nearest the chosen point, then call GEvent.reigger(marker,"click") on it.

The big problem with that is that you're loading your markers with GGeoXml, and that doesn't expose the markers that it adds to your map, so you'd either have to switch to using a third party KML renderer that does expose the markers, or listen for the marker .addOverlay()s, see http://econym.org.uk/gmap/interceptor.htm which is trickier and not futureproof.
