You have the wrong key. Go to http://code.google.com/apis/maps/signup.html and give the right url to get a different key. I suggest http://safetyconnect.net.au. You should find a sequence of characters like FRSrzBi7BZnxRgt2WJoXuOwlZ0gaVxQ_ somewhere in the middle of the key.
