In fact that probably won't work, since your target div is being
populated during an AJAX call which takes an indeterminate amount of
time.
What you need to do is to alter the AJAX/JSON callback,
twitterCallback2(), and have that construct and open the infowindow
itself.
One way to do that would be to use the click listener to open a simple
infowindow saying 'loading', then have the twitter callback find the
infowindow, close it, and reopen with new content.
