It's a huge waste of resources and time to reverse-geocode the blue marker everytime you mouseover in showPreviousAddress(), after you originally built it using the reverse-geocoder and stored the address result in showAddress(). You're opening the mouseover infowindow on the map, not the marker. Look at where the infowindow opens when you first place the marker, by clicking ; its pointer is above the marker. When you mouseover, the infowindow opens with its pointer at the bottom of the marker, because it is attached to the same lat/long on the map as the marker. Although its not obvious visually, the transparent parts of the infowindow's pointer overlap your blue marker - causing a mouseout event and hiding the infowindow. Try again to get the mouseover infowindow opening on the marker, not the map. And use the stored data you already have, don't geocode it again. Come back if you still have troubles. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group. To post to this group, send email to [email protected].
