I issue is we don't want to have setup each client's domain ... we want our
widget to work regardless of the domain of our customer ... do you have any
suggestions how to do this ?

I would recommend contacting your Maps Enterprise API sales engineer.
They can help you setup the client IDs for each domain properly.
