The Enterprise Maps API requires each domain be registered. A common
workaround for this is to embed a widget in an iframe. If you contact
an Enterprise sales engineer, they may have other suggestions, as
they're more familiar with client ID issues. (The free Maps API, the
topic of this forum, uses keys).
