That doesn't make any sense to me.  The API does provide a geocoding
service, but that shouldn't have changed based on your host.

I'm also not sure what you mean by "a Google API plugin".  This group
supports the API, not plugins.

But I have to ask.  Why are you geocoding a known address?  Find the
correct latitude and longitude and use them to put the marker in the
correct place?
