I agree with Jobs.
Every time I get a new computer with an OS pre-installed, the first
thing I do is to get rid of that pest, Flash.

I believe that many of the top respondents on this group are also
against Flash, which means that it might be difficult for many to give
you a definitive answer.
My advice would be don't use Flash, ie. don't use street view,
although I believe that when streetview first came out someone
implemented a non-flash alternative, but I can't find it now.
