This page I already  tested on local & with few separated markers  and
worked well without selecting the kind i.e only adding radius then
press addpoint button.
It is supposed to draw circle on map & inside this circle blue markers
that exist in the drawn zone.
These blue markers already saved in our db.

The use of kind is to filter the markers on map within drawn radius &
draw circle around given radius.
After drawn circle ,report will be produced with the markers inside
the drawn circle where user can print it out.


I tested on IE7 ,Chrome,fireFox and safari.
Sometimes blue markers inside circle exist  on IE7 & sometimes not
( this is on local) but it doesnt exist at all online
Knowing that the report is produced normally & always.
