I did try to work through this, but the code is very convoluted. If a 'Kind' is selected, and 'Radius' is given and 'entered' , eventually showSelectedPois2() is called after the circle-drawing animation. If the gklobal array pois2[] contained any marker data, blue markers would be plotted at this stage. But pois2[] is empty at this time.
