Hello everyone, I am a new member of a group and new member of the GM Api. I was reading terms of using GM API, but I am not really sure " I can or I can not " use it in my case. To be sure I come here for answer. let me explain my situation.
I am developing some web application. There is the register page for users. I am gonna validate address inputted by user using GM API using GClientGeocoder. If it`s correctly set, lat and lon parameters are stored in database. If not an alert with info something like "incorrect address, please visit http://maps.google.pl/ and check the valid form of address" is displayed on the user`s screen. No map is displayed on this page. Above process is also performed for CLIENTS. After successful registration process, user is logged in and moved to order page. On this page there is a map from GM API with markers of user and all clients locations. On the background I am gonna evaluate distances using GDirections from user to each Client. Evaluated distances are stored in <input type="hidden"> to be processed by the server after form submision. The route will not bisplayed on the map. Maybe on the marcers info I will put an information with distances. Please lighten my situation. Can I or Can I NOT using GMApi in my case. Thanks in advance.
