A polygon is an overlay.  It can have a click event listener that
opens the an infoWindow for it.  If you do that, you can implement the
click on the polygon from your drop down just like you do for the
infoWindows (the one difference being you would have to use
map.openInfoWindow (and give it a GLatLng to open at), not
marker.openInfoWindow.
