Why start a new thread? Apart from not liking the answers http://groups.google.com/group/google-maps-api/browse_thread/thread/20054b8d7b3799c4 although it does help to explain more fully what your problem is. Google are offering something for free, I do not think they will vary their terms to allow you to sue them. If you are prepared to buy a service, then perhaps the terms are negotiable?
