The terms and conditions I am refering are directly related to google maps API. I am a developer interested in using the maps API tool. I was refered to post my question here when I contacted Google via phone.
I noticed that there was an earlier thread pertaining to changes to chapter 11. I assumed that a thread related to chapter 15 would also fit within this forum.
