Why not? Your markers are in Quebec; why not centre the map there? I
don't see what those markers are doing: they are being shown at
exactly the places you specify. However, you may not be specifying the
right place.

John has it right. If you are geolocating with GPS, you can only get
10m accuracy, so for a GPS number of 48.84141918333..., you might as
well use 48.8414 -- it could be anything from 48.8413 to 48.8415 on
the ground and your GPS would be just as right. But on most maps, 10m
is neither here nor there (to coin a phrase :-)
