What you are saying makes sense.  However, it doesn't confirm if the
first address returned is always the best guess from the geocoder.
The address is ambiguous so I did expect ambiguous results.  However,
I see some possible scenarios.  Ignoring the 3rd result from my test
above and just comparing the first two results, I see the following
possibilities:

1)  Address 1 is the best guess, Address 2 is the second best guess.
There is an order in the way the addresses are returned.
2)  Address 2 is the best guess, Address 1 is the second best guess.
There is no order in the way addresses are returned.
3)  Address 1 and 2 are equally good guesses.  It doesn't matter what
order they are returned.

I guess I'm not sure if it is safe to always assume that the first
result is the best guess or at least a guess with the highest
probability.  Can you clarify that?  Thanks!
