I posted a message here on May 17th. containing an issue that I couldn't post on the link provided, as the server kept timing out. Briefly, it said that when I upgraded the key from 2.140 to 2.193 the markers disappeared from the Google Earth control, and when I reverted to 2.140 they came back again. As this is a fundamental problem, I'm astonished that I haven't even received a reply.
