This Group consists of developers, and a couple of Google people look in from time to time. While I have no intention of defending them, I suspect that just recently they have had their hands full dealing with the debacle of the recent release of v2. I guess that the issue with Earth markers stems from v2.160, given Issue 1440: http://code.google.com/p/gmaps-api-issues/issues/detail?id=1440, so you could star and comment that. Or add a new issue and cross- reference that one. And add the comment to the sticky thread as well. Server errors are normally temporary. But: whether a problem is fundamental depends on viewpoint. It's fundamental for you. It may not be important at all for anyone else, including Google; the way to get them to notice it is to use the Issues list. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
