according to http://www.census.gov/epcd/www/zbp_base.html there are
over 40000 zip codes in the US, so there's at least 40000x40000 pairs
(assuming directions from A->B might be slightly different from B->A,
due to one-way streets) which would take over a thousand years to
process at the limit of 2500 directions web service calls per day???
