I'll repeat what I said in your thread in another group. I do not think that encoded string represents a line ; I believe it is an encoded version of a series of waypoints. To recover the full directions, you would need to decode the waypoints and submit a new directions request using them and teh end/start points. . I don't know what encoding scheme is in use but it looks like %3B might be a delimiter.
