GGeoXml does do a bit of marker management, not clustering, but it's not
as good as using a proper marker manager with a client side KML parser.

The big advantage of using separate Manager and Parser is that you can
specify which locations are inportant enough to be displayed at low zoom
levels (yellow in the example) and which are only to be displayed at
high zoom levels (green and blue in the example).
