Hello,

I'd like to ask a question regaring API license. I'm building a
desktop application for purpose of analyzing GPX data. One of the
features allows the user to visualize these data (tracks) on the
Google maps inside the application user interface.

The application is generally free to download and everyone can use it.
By default user is allowed to save and visualize only several tracks.
If he wants to extend this number he has to buy additional "storage
slots".

Does this collide with the terms of use of the free version of the
API.

Thank you.
