Yes, I have read it, but still I'm not sure.

As I have said, the application will be downloadable for free, but
certain features will be paid (more storage space for user's data,
etc.). However, the map will be accessible all the time.

So my question is.. is this against the terms of use of free version
of Google Maps, since some features will be accessible for a fee?
