Did you find this...? "Assuming it's AB, AC, AD... and driving directions, you need to perform multiple GDirections requests. Take care to space them out so you don't fall foul of the rate limit. Instead of multiple operations which geocode a single point, you need multiple operations which each get a route. Mike's first example at that page calls the geocoder for the next result each time a result is returned.
