Do check the Terms carefully. You must show your results on a public
map (see 10.12), unless you have a Premier licence. If you have really
done two million geocodes so far you may well be falling foul of 10.6
and 10.3 as well.

It's entirely possible you are compliant, of course, there isn't
enough information here to say one way or the other; but there is
enough information to start ringing alarm bells. What you don't want
to do is write and implement your application and then have Google
pull the plug because you are breaking the Terms.
