Hello,

I have a shakemap KML file obtained from USGS. It displays nicely on Google
Earth - the ground layer beneath the shakemap can be seen along with city
and terrain information. However in Google Maps (viewed through GeoChat),
the shakemap image completely blocks off the ground and city information
underneath the shakemap. Is it possible to make the shakemap
semi-transparent which will allow viewing the shakemap as well as the ground
under it in Google Maps.

I am attaching the shakemap KML file.

Thanks for your help.

Regards.
