I don't think you can do that. Streetview panoramas are distinct and
have their own coordinates. My page uses that to calculate the
direction to look towards the side of the street (find the direction
of the next panorama point, and look at 90 degrees to that line).

So the best you can do is find the nearest panorama to the location
(my page does that) and then calculate the direction between that
point and the location of your objective, and look in that direction.

Because panoramas are fairly close together, it's likely that you will
be looking across the street -- or nearly across it, at a slight angle
perhaps -- rather than along it.

I'll give it a go if you can give me some coordinates of your toilets.
The only difference in my page is to calculate the required yaw.
