Go to: http://econym.org.uk/gmap/epoly.htm right click on the link to epoly.js and "save target as" or possibly just click on the link then save it to you local computer (depends on the browser and the browser version). The car icon is at: http://econym.org.uk/gmap/caricon.png you should be able to put that in your browser address bar, then right- click and save-as to your local computer as well.
