We have a web apllication wherein we have facility to locate addresses on GMap.
The issue we are facing is that when we hit our application URL and try to view this addresss "Via Regina Margherita, 1, Brindisi, 72100, Italy" we are able to see it correctly on the GMap but when the client is hitting this same URL from his machine and trying to view the adress on Gmap he sees the message "Unable to locate address". We tried looking into if this is something related to access rights given to the user, but it does not seem to be the problem. Also we have tried using the same database that our client is using but the problem still occurs we are able to locate the address on Gmap at our end but the client is unable to locate the same address.
