There's no way anyone here can help without seeing what's going wrong so we can run Firebug or other debuggers (with some data which makes it go wrong). Since your map is so private you must have paid for a Premier licence. That comes with support from Google, for just the reason that we can't see the map. Please ask your Google support rep. If you haven't got a Premier licence then as you know, your map must be freely available to all and sundry. What you *could* do is duplicate your pages on a public server without your data; check it still goes wrong, and tell us that url and an address which fails. Or, try that address in something like http://maps.huge.info/pinpointaddress.html, which will help diagnose whether it's a problem with your page or the geocoder.
