Why does it depend on your users' input?
If I ask for "8 Siroka, Praha", LocalityName is populated ("Prague
5"); DependentLocalityName shows "Josefov" and we get a parsed address
as "Široká 55/8, 110 00 Prague 5-Josefov, Czech Republic"
What you can't do is assume that every possible address element will
have something in it, and you need to check that there is data to
retrieve before you attempt to use it.
That's not all that different from what Rossko said. If it doesn't
help, you'll need to explain a bit more of what you're trying to do.
