If you have premier, then you have a support contact.

But I suspect its because of the deputed border. For the API they have
no idea from which side of the border you are viewing, so can only
show one view for everyone.

If I visit maps.google.com then I get the same disputed border as the API.

Whereas maps.google.co.in shows same map as your screenshot.
maps.google.cn shows it differently.
