Just a quick question that can start my quest into using Google Maps as an
order form for a courier tracking UI.

I noticed that when using Google Maps (http://maps.google.com/) and
selecting "Get directions" on the upper hand left side it might be a large
first step into using Google Maps as part of an Order Form. Is the stock
Google Maps UI available to use as a foundation for my form, as opposed to
building it myself?

Naturally I would need to add a sub form to gather the job specifications,
EX: date, time, weight, type etc, and bind all of the fields including the
start and end points normally found in Google Maps to a database.

Thanks
