Thanks for the reply, but if anyone else can enlighten me I would appreciate it. I'm just looking for a direction other than a link to the help files. I plan on outsourcing the work and what to know what I'm looking at. I've gone with developers before that took the job and thought they would learn as they go, causing great expense to me.
