After having this work for a while while I was developing it, I'm now
getting the message: The website declined to show this webpage HTTP 403
Most likely causes:
- This website requires you to log in.
What you can try: Go back to the previous page. [image: More
information] <res://ieframe.dll/http_403_webOC.htm#> More
information<javascript:expandCollapse('infoBlockID', true);>
This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that this program was able to connect
to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.
==> I didn't think I violated the limit on # of requests (1000). I did see
a link last week to get a key, but I can't seem to find that now.
