My exact code: $base_url = "&output=xml&sensor=false&key=ABQIAAAAWIiGwZ4f3ncw4oQSuvUPrBSFwycF0SlTyEowikYlS8xDoCzQghQyGAIqzHZ5BYsm1feFl- x_mSfC9g"; $request_url = "http://maps.google.com/maps/geo?q=" . urlencode($row_DetailRS1['streetCity']) . $base_url;

It has for over a year with no changes.
