I have a system wherein it is offline. The geo fencing system has to be automated and it will reside on a black box type of system which may not be online. The user will get a message whenever he goes out of the geo fence polygon. The javascript will work for an online system only. Which gis software can i use to determing lat,long whenever i have just a static server or black box instead of google maps api. Kindly confirm you understood what i am intending. regards siva
