Yes. blogspot.co.uk is a different domain to blogspot.com, and
requires a different key. This is an interesting side-effect of
Google's decision to localise Blogger -- that is, a decision by one
part of Google has broken another part's API. You can get round it by
using /ncr (no country redirect) in the URL.

You can probably also use a Version 3 key and allow blaa.blogspot.* to
use it, but I haven't tested that. And it will mean changing every key
where it appears, which you didn't want to do.
