Thanks for the link. I tried it in IE and his example doesn't work
either. It looks like he's basically doing the same thing I am. To
test what I'm talking about: open that link in IE and try dragging the
map outside the browser -- you'll get stopped at the browser border.
On the other hand if you try it in, say, Chrome, you can move the map
around outside the boundaries of the browser (though you won't be able
to see it).

On Google Maps though, and when using GDraggableObject, you can
continue dragging outside the browser even in IE. It's specifically
that functionality I need to figure out to completely emulate
GDraggableObject for v3.
