thanks for the feedback.

- I will create a slimmer example beginning of next week (needs a
while, because I have to cut the code out of our internal framework).

- You can better synchronize bing & gmaps, if You switch by z-index
instead of use div hide mechanism.

- switching code in file gmap.js in function displayMapLoaded
(callback from google.load(maps) )

- I will check the order Google & Bing code is loaded (as far as I
know right now Google code is loaded dynamically with google.load on
open the map tab to save resources)

it's nice to hear, that the bug hasn't gone unnoticed by Google. I
just would be helpful, if someone from Google could give an earlier
feedback therefore (acknowledge issue, ask for more details/better
example, answer to a post, etc). Otherwise it looks like Google
doesn't care.
