Thanks for that Luke.  I was just looking throught the FAQ and it
seems there are a number of entries that still are v2 centric
GDirections, GGeoXml, ...

Looks like someone needs to do a complete review.  The geocoder faq
handles the issue nicely, probably the rest of the FAQ needs to be
updated like that.  Was the FAQ combined recently?  I thought that
there were separate ones at one point.
