I'm not sure what you are trying to do. I would assume you probably have an address of a polling place for each district and want to generate directions from the entered address to the polling place. The number of the polygon in the kml file is the value of "i" inside the loop that is checking .Contains. You can save that in a variable and use it after the loop exits (like I use contentString after the loop exits). The .name of the polygon is geoXml.docs[0].placemarks[i].name. If you have an array that maps polygon number (or district number which is I believe .name), you can use that to get an address of a polling place or the coordinates of a polling place.
