The marker doesn't move from its map location; the infowindow doesn't move **on the screen**. What happens is that the map is not centred on the marker. When you zoom in, the centre point doesn't change, but the screen distance between the centre and the marker increases (because you are zooming in) and the marker moves down the screen. Because the marker moves down the screen, and the infoWindow stays in the same screen location, they appear to move apart. The fix is to ensure that the map is centred on the marker location. Or: don't zoom with the infoWindow open. And it's not actually a Version 3 map.
