I'd like to share my script with community. May be you find it usefull or help me to improve it :) This is adaptor for RaphaelJS and gRaphaelJS (plugin for charts). With it helps, you can simply draw different shapes over your map as well as complex polygons. But it looks like PATH doesnt work in Opera.
