When placing StreetView panoramic within an InfoWindow you cannot manipulate the street image by using click-drag in Safari. If you click-drag the image, Safari will grab and drag the image, it will not reposition the view. Click-dragging the street labels or directional lines work.
I only experienced this problem on Safari (5.0.2).
