Is it possible to know with js when 2 markers are overlapping? and get the 
location both of them NOW represent?

so if one marker is at 2.3456, 5.6789 and another is at 2.3457, 5.6789, then 
at  some zoom level they will overlap, and the location they would represent 
would be like 2.345, 5.6789. Is it possible to get this done via JS?
