Here is one:
Corporation Bank ATM at K G Road, Bengaluru, India has the street
address on Google Maps as:
Ground Floor, Kaveri Bhavan, Kg Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
On Passing this address, albeit in a slightly modified form, (Ground
Floor, Kaveri Bhavan, K.G. Road, Bangalore) to Google's geocoding
service I get: 12.9715987,77.5945627 as the co-ordinates
On Google Maps the co-ordinates of the same address are: 12.97461,
77.57765

I could provide several such examples where the co-ordinates returned
for a street address which varies slightly from the one in Google maps
(by a few characters or additional words) of an ATM from the geocoding
service are different from the actual location of ATM on Google Maps.

While in most cases the geocodes returned are in the same general area
as the actual point, I would really like for more accuracy. Still, all
being said Google's Geocoding service is still a great tool :)

What would be great is if one could overlay additional information on
existing "marked" places. But from what I can understand from your
previous post, this is not currently supported in the API.

Regards,
Elroy Serrao
